This place offers well-appointed units on the top floors, with an excellent and lovely location right next to the historical center and in the center of town.

Hotel Vittoria was close to the main town shops and bars, just a minute's walk from the central square.
We would have liked to have had a bath in our bathroom, although the shower was adquate. The air conditioning seemed a bit sporadic and was difficult to work.

Very clean hotel, the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. Though not in a very "touristy" area, all of the staff and in fact the town could switch to simple English. The breakfasts we had were basic but very nice, the coffee was fantastic!!! We parked our hire car for free just round the corner from the hotel. The Hotel itself is less than a minutes walk from the centre of Faenza which is a lovely little town. There is a rail link to Brisighella (Spa town) and Florence ( amazing city) alternatively get a sporty hire car and drive to Florence through some awesome mountain roads. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!
No Iron or Ironing board in my room. Only a little thing, but when you see how most Italians present themselves you want to at least get the big wrinkles out of your shirts.

We stopped in Faenza to visit the Museo della Ceramica and booked this hotel because of its vicinity to the city center. The hotel hall is magnificent and our room was very spacious, with great amenities. The real jewel, however, is the hotel restaurant. The menu offers a variety of incredibly creative dishes that we paired with wines from an extensive selection list. The atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly. One of the best meals I have had during my many visits to Italy. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and exceptional dining experience.

Good central location. Excellent staff on reception !
We did not like the Junior Suite we booked ! We got moved to a more modern room which we liked.

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, which made exploring the city very easy. the beautifully decorated bedrooms were comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.
The reception could use some improvement as we found it to be a bit off-hand and unhelpful. the lack of communication regarding breakfast options and timings was also disappointing.

Nothing at all.

The hotel had a good breakfast with delicious croissants and fresh orange juice. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. The location was ideal, as we were close to the historic city center and many shops.
The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, making the nights uncomfortable. the staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in assisting us during our romantic escape.

The restaurant served exceptional and creative dishes for dinner. The wide range of breakfast options, including breads and eggs, was truly enjoyable.- The hotel's location was magnificent and fantastic, being within walking distance from the train station, making it really easy to travel around.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
